The Company:
Do you fancy living in the beautiful South West of WA, delivering a key infrastructure project at the same time? An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Civil Project Engineer with a specialist focus on Structures (bridges) in Bunbury, WA. You will assist in the safe and quality delivery of a $130M roads and bridges project currently underway. This is a residentially based position for the duration of the project, expected to be 18 months to 2 years, with possible additional stages.

The Role:
- Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, your key accountabilities will encompass:
- Manage the technical aspect of the design service provided by consultants to ensure build-ability and structural integrity is upheld
- Risk management
- Cost control, procurement and contract management
- Provide technical advice, review and input into bridge and structures design, and construction
- Provide support to Engineers and Supervisors in relation to programming, planning, scheduling, safety, sub-contractor management, environmental and QACQ throughout construction of bridge and supporting structures
| Requirements:
- Degree qualifications - Bachelor of Civil Engineering (prefer major in Structural)
- 4 - 5 years post graduate experience in a Civil Project Engineer position with a civil contractor
- Broad spectrum of project experience across earthworks (roads), steel and concrete structures (twin span bridges preferable)
- Exposure or experience on Main Roads WA projects ideal
- Demonstrable reporting, sub-contractor management, diplomacy, team work
